- Exceed revenue goals with support from Systems Engineers, Business Development, Channel, and Marketing.
- Own customer relationships, understand pain points, and lead the team to successful project closure.
- Run strategic sales campaigns that drive customer value and multi-year, multi-solution deals.
- Forecast accurately and deliver results consistently.
- Collaborate with channel partners on new and existing opportunities.
- Proven sales experience and strong relationship-building skills
- Hunter mindset and drive to win as a team
- Sales experience in the Austrian market
- Eagerness to learn and grow with Splunk
- Native German and fluent English language skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA a plus
