You support our team as
SALES AREA MANAGER (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer relationships within assigned territories in the CEE region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with KLA’s regional and global objectives
  • Strengthen and expand the Channel Partner and Distributor network
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market development initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
  • Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting through CRM and sales tools
  • Support pricing and contract negotiations in alignment with company guidelines
  • Contribute to cross-regional best practice sharing and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional CEE languages are a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region
  • High level of self-motivation and resilience in a dynamic market environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales planning is an advantage
