Sales Representative Vaccines (m/f/d)
Vienna & eastern Lower Austria
(temporary position until the end of 2026)
Responsibilities
Conduct Face-to-Face product calls with target audience
Organize Speaker-meetings and/or Round Tables with product presentation
Performing territory and/or account planning, segmentation and targeting of customers and reporting of activities
Taking care of and reporting any Pharmacovigilance related topics immediately (within 24 hours) as required by compliance
Attending regional, national or international scientific meetings (congresses) as pre-defined by Marketing, Sales Manager and/or other needs
Reporting all activities in electronic territory management system according to SOP (VEEVA)
Conducting sales and performance analysis of assigned territory
Implementing and monitoring sales/customer plans in territory to achieve all approved sales objectives
Analysing & using dashboards to plan account specific engagements and manage stakeholders accordingly
Qualifications & Experience
Sales Representative certification for Austria required
Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate scientific content and translate it into messages demonstrating value
Skilled in identifying accurate channels available for optimal customer engagement
Experienced in developing and managing professional relationships and networks
Willingness to travel within territory >90%
Collaborate with all stakeholders throughout the ecosystem
Ability to navigate in a science-driven, quickly developing environment
High level negotiation and analytical skills
Team player who can also work independently
Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to generate and analyze data points and metrics
Working with electronic tools (e.g. iPad for presentation), MS office & understanding of digital channels and platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and marketing guidelines
Professional proficiency in German, both verbal and written; basic English skills are required
We offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment. The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 61.300,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
