We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who’s deeply brand-literate, passionate about digital culture, and ready to drive ideas that resonate at every consumer touchpoint. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and creative execution — helping brands find their voice and purpose in an ever-shifting landscape. You’ll shape digital narratives and campaigns with impact — from pitch to production — turning consumer insights, media shifts, and brand values into culturally sharp content. You know how to connect dots, rally a team, and spark ideas that stick.
Requirements
- Translate Insight into Strategy: Understand a brand’s societal role and consumer relevance, shaping meaningful concepts across the full customer journey.
- Drive Culture-First Thinking: Stay on top of social trends, entertainment shifts, and tech developments to keep ideas fresh and forward-thinking.
- Craft Compelling Concepts: Transform strategic ideas into creative campaigns, social content, and presentations that inspire both clients and creative teams.
- Storyboard and Support Execution: Co-develop storyboards with creative and video teams and stay involved through implementation for consistent storytelling.
- Lead Campaign Thinking: Define campaign roll-outs and content ecosystems that live and breathe on social media and beyond.
- Create Sharp Decks: Develop clear, well-structured presentations that bring strategies and creative concepts to life.
- Collaborate and Inspire: Work hands-on with creative production teams, analyze trends to inform ideas, and bring a proactive, inspiring mindset to every project — all while communicating confidently in English. German language skills are a plus.
