In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for project management including planning (resources, schedule, technical deliverables), tracking (schedule, cost) and reporting
- Lead an interdisciplinary team consisting of people from Marketing, Application Engineering, Concept Engineering, Analog and Digital Design, Physical Design, Component Verification Engineering, Test Engineering, Production Engineering and Quality
- Be responsible for the whole product life cycle , starting with the product idea, business case preparation, tracking of project activities, execution of the R&D projects, as well as the linked business case and successful transfer to production
- Be in contact with our customers during the definition and the execution of the product development and ensure business success
- Handle escalation management and customer stakeholder management
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physic s or similar
- More than 5 years of work experience and at least more than 2 years of experience in project-managemen t (ideally within the semiconductor industry)
- Know-how in Project Methodology Development and technical background in electronics
- An ambitious attitude and be able to manage risks in challenging environments
- Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office and MS Project (or similar)
- A certification in project management (e.g. IPMA, PMP)
- Fluency in English
