As part of our growing IC development team , you will ensure seamless configuration , change , and requirements management to support the development of innovative and safe sensor technologies for the automotive sector . You’ll collaborate with cross-functional project teams and contribute to a structured and compliant development process from concept to final release.
In your new role, you will:
- Set up , manage and maintain our Configuration , Change and Requirements Management infrastructure , including tools like PLM, JIRA, JAMA, SVN and document management systems (DMS)
- Drive the release and change process by executing official document handling and reviewing formal compliance with ISO standards
- Coordinate and lead Change Control Boards (CCBs), supporting project teams in the structured implementation of changes and baselines
- Support engineering teams in formulating and maintaining requirements with clear traceability across all system levels and ensure tool compliance
- Administer the requirements management platform and provide first-level support for project stakeholders on tool usage
- Ensure compliance through configuration audits and continuous documentation tracking throughout the product lifecycle
You are a structured thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for process optimization . You thrive in interdisciplinary environments and enjoy being a go-to expert for methodical development practices . You communicate clearly with the ability to collaborate and interact with diverse stakeholders in a global, multicultural setting and know how to balance quality and efficiency .
Your toolkit for success includes:
- A technical degree (HTL, FH or university) in Electrical Engineering , Microelectronics , or similar
- Solid experience in product development processes , ideally within the automotive or semiconductor industry
- A structured and proactive working style , with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude
- Experience with configuration / release processes and familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) would be a big plus
- Excellent command of English (German is a plus)
