Job Description
We are launching a strategic HR transformation: While our core HCM processes will move to SAP S/4HANA, we plan to implement SAP SuccessFactors for Talent Management modules. To support this transformation, we are looking for a Senior Specialist with deep expertise in both SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Talent Modules.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the initial system architecture and play a key role in defining the future of HR at Umdasch Group.
If you're excited about building from the ground up, bringing best practices into action, and making a lasting impact at scale – this is your moment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the strategic transformation of the current SAP HCM landscape to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with future-ready HR process models and architecture.
- Actively contribute to streamlining, standardizing, and harmonizing HR processes and systems across the global HR landscape to enable an integrated and efficient digital HR ecosystem.
- Take ownership of sub-projects design, configuration, and operational implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules (Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession, Recruiting).
- Independently perform system configuration and customizing based on business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with HR business leads, IT teams, and external partners to gather and validate requirements.
- Translate business strategies into system processes and technical configurations.
- Support system governance, process harmonization, and user enablement initiatives.
- Continuously drive innovation, improvements, and optimization of SuccessFactors functionalities.
- In close collaboration with a colleague, you will contribute to the Solution Architecture for the Talent Suite, ensuring a holistic, scalable, and integrated system design across all modules.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with a strong focus on Talent Modules.
- Solid knowledge of Employee Central (EC); project experience is a plus.
- Strong background in SAP HCM on-premise (e.g., PA/OM, interfaces); experience in HCM transformations or migrations to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Experience in both consulting and/or corporate environments is highly valued.
- Hands-on experience with data migration activities (e.g., data cleansing, transformation, and import) is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables and drive sub-projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across HR, IT, and business leadership.
- Fluent English skills are mandatory; German is a plus.
