stand for the best customer experience
- as part of our handpicked team of experts, you will
- take part in the onboarding of new flexibility assets, especially battery storage systems,
- support customers together with our partners for ancillary services to integrate, prequalify, and on-board flexible assets, like battery storage for cross-market optimization,
- optimize and automate processes,
- understand the requirements of each grid operator in terms of nomination format and deadlines,
- make sure power is flowing the right way, and all after-trade processes are working,
- lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets,
- coordinate with other internal communities (asset optimization, IT, finance) to create the best customer experience,
- and discover and eliminate operational risk.
Requirements
how you fit into the team
you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and
- have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power markets,
- value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
- preferably bring some coding experience,
- have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences or similar,
- have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset,
- are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems,
- are fluent in English, if you speak German and other languages that’s a plus,
- have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality, and
- you are a curious person with a good sense of humor.
