Student Employee in People & Culture (f/m/d) - (20 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments, interviews, and events related to recruiting and development
- Support the organization of workshops, trainings, events and employer branding activities
- Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain relevant tools (e.g., KA-Academy, SAP SuccessFactors)
Requirements
- Enrolled in a university program (e.g., HR, Psychology, Business Administration)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable and structured way of working
- Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Confident in using MS Office tools
In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at € 2.390,-.
