- Ongoing support and follow-up of established business relationships
- Building up in-depth know-how about our portfolio
- Cross-selling for other portfolio components
- Identifying and generating lead contacts
- Cooperation in the team regarding account planning
- Cooperation and support in public tenders
- Active cooperation with various departments such as billing, accounting and order processing
- Follow-up calls regarding open offers, customer questions, unclear invoices, etc.
- Interface between customers and our internal departments/business units
PROFESSIONAL
- Completed business- or technical education (HAK/HTL or similar)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position is required
- IT or IT security know-how and expertise
- Solid IT skills and proficient use of MS Office as well as initial experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Sound understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Strong customer and service orientation

The minimum monthly gross salary is EUR 3.189,00 (ST1) for 38.5 hours per week. With appropriate experience and qualifications, an appropriate overpayment is a matter of course.
