Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Project & Team Coordinator who enjoys working across different areas of the business and support leaders across the Umdasch Group. In this role, you will be involved in projects ranging from strategic and global HR initiatives to digitalization and growth, while also contributing to communication, operations and innovation topics.
Most of your time will be dedicated to coordinating and supporting these projects, with the opportunity to take on responsibility for smaller ones. Alongside this, about one third of your work will focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing reliable organizational support for the team. This combination makes the position a great opportunity to gain experience in different fields while combining hands-on project experience with a solid foundation in team coordination.
This position is available starting from 30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting and coordinating projects across diverse business areas
- Acting as an interface between project stakeholders and ensuring smooth workflows
- Independent responsibility for smaller projects from planning to execution
- Preparing professional presentations and communication materials (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
- Organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops
- Supporting the team with analyses, evaluations and structured documentation
- Handling selected administrative tasks, including travel organization, scheduling and calendar management (approx. 1/3 of the role)
- Contributing to a well-organized and welcoming office environment
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (e.g. business, communication, management or similar)
- First relevant professional experience (2–3 years preferred), ideally in project or coordination roles
- Excellent rhetorical and communication skills, with proven ability to create high-impact presentations
- Very good written and spoken English; German proficiency required
- Strong organizational skills, structured working style and reliability
- Friendly, team-oriented personality with a hands-on mindset
- Motivation to further develop professionally and to shape this role over a period of at least two years

We are legally required to state the minimum salary for this position. According to the collective agreement for the wood processing industry, the annual gross minimum salary for a full-time position is EUR 47.586.
