Your responsibilities
- Ensure completed applications contain all the relevant documents needed to be processed efficiently.
- Conduct interviews with prospective student applicants in line with MU’s guidelines, rules, and regulations.
- Manage the full admissions process from initial application to signed study contract, with a strong focus on applicant conversion.
- Actively follow up with prospective students to support their decision-making and encourage timely enrollment.
- Collaborate with the relevant Dean in the decision-making process for admissions and Scholarships (willingness to serve on the Admissions Committee).
- Collect insights and feedback on the application process and communicate this information to enhance the applicants’ experience.
- Contribute to producing reports on leads, applications, and conversion rates.
- Support recruitment events such as Open Days
- Take on other projects and tasks as instructed by the Head of the Department.
Your profile
- University degree or equivalent.
- Ideally, a minimum of two years of relevant work experience, preferably in higher education, admissions, or a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-oriented mindset and confidence in engaging with prospective students.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is considered a strong advantage.
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable, with a positive and hands-on attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (C-level written and spoken) required; German is an asset.
- High IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Valid work permit for Austria.
