Join our team as Group, Meeting & Events Coordinator for our two Max Brown Hotels in Vienna. From the first inquiry to the final execution, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable moments for our guests.

Your responsibilities:
Handling and coordinating group and event inquiries for both Max Brown Hotels in Vienna
Communicating with guests, corporate clients, and partners via email and phone
Preparing offers, contracts, invoices, and event schedules
Collaborating with operational departments to ensure smooth execution
Actively supporting sales efforts, including identifying upselling opportunities
What you bring:
1–2 years of experience in group reservations, events, or hotel operations
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on mentality
Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
A passion for working with people, strong service orientation, and team spirit
Experience with PMS systems

Salary:
€2,263.00 gross/month based on a full-time (40-hour) contract
