Group PMO Vienna FREQUENTIS AG From now on Full time : Share: ShareThe Group PMO provides central support for all Frequentis project managers, internal project sponsors, and PM Board members. We offer support for optimized PM methods to further develop project management and improve projects. Key Tasks
- Support of the PM community in all possible questions and as the "owner" of the project planning tool
- Administrative tasks - from scheduling appointments to creating agendas
- Support of the Project Management Board (PM-Board) in coordination with the team
- Preparation of reports for the board of directors and supervisory board Handling inquiries and follow-up questions
- Organization of events
- Completed commercial training (HAK, commercial apprenticeship)
- Commercial understanding
- Professional appereance
- Responsible, motivated, proactive, and communicative
- Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken
- Hands-on mentality
