At Miiro Hotels, we believe in creating welcoming, stylish spaces where guests feel inspired—from their first morning espresso to their last nightcap. We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barkeeper / Barista to join our team in Vienna.

🧾 What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing high-quality coffees and espresso-based drinks with precision and consistency

• Serving wines, cocktails, and other beverages with confidence and flair

• Providing warm, professional service to guests throughout the day and evening

• Supporting the setup and service of our lobby bar, lounge, and occasional pop-up events

• Ensuring cleanliness, stock control, and adherence to hygiene standards

• Working closely with the F&B and Front Office teams to create memorable guest moments

👤 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a barista, barkeeper, or in a similar guest-facing F&B role

• Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic mixology

• A friendly, polished, and proactive approach to guest service

• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive team spirit

• fluent German

• English communication skills beneficial
