We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade at our Miiro Vienna hotels.

Miiro Hotels in Vienna are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, supporting both of our centrally located boutique properties. We pride ourselves on creating thoughtful, quality-driven guest experiences—from breakfast to evening plates—with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients, sustainability, and creativity.
🔪 What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations across both properties

Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with precision and consistency

Taking responsibility for your designated section, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards

Assisting with menu development and implementation of new seasonal dishes

Contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
👤 What We’re Looking For

Experience in a similar Chef de Partie role, preferably in upscale or boutique hotel kitchens

Passion for food, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards

Good knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP certification a plus)

Ability to work across two properties with flexibility and organisation

Team spirit and reliability

Basic German or English skills (both is a plus)
