Location: Hilton Vienna Park, Hilton Vienna Plaza & Hilton Vienna Waterfront (primarily Hilton Vienna Park)

Join our HR team and actively shape the development of over 500 team members across three Hilton hotels in Vienna!

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct trainings such as Welcome Day, Complaint Handling, Telephone Skills, Apprentice Programs, and Hilton Brand Trainings
• Identify training needs through active presence in departments and provide on-the-job training
• Manage and further develop digital learning platforms (Hilton University) and the training calendar
• Handle administrative tasks (documentation, statistics, scheduling)
• Act as a point of contact for all training-related inquiries and internal programs (e.g., CE Exchange, Lead 1.1, Train the Trainer)
• Create new training formats and content
• Coordinate employee recognition activities (e.g., Employee of the Month)
• As an open and communicative person, support our team members with training and development questions

What You Bring:

• Completed vocational training or studies in hospitality/gastronomy or personnel development
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in hospitality (ideally in F&B or Front Office)
• Experience as a trainer, mentor, or supervisor is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office and strong organizational skills
• Persuasiveness, decision-making ability, and a high level of commitment
• Self-motivation and initiative

• Monthly gross minimum salary according to the Austrian collective agreement for hotel and catering employees: €2,263.00 (with guaranteed overpayment depending on qualifications)
