Your mission
We are looking for a Data Analyst (f/m/d) who uncover valuable findings from our data, proactively identify opportunities to improve our processes, and empower our teams. Your main tasks will be:
Extract, manipulate and analyse complex data structures to solve customer problems and elevate the team.
Manage and fulfill data requests from the Customer Success and Data Management teams, acting as a key point of contact.
Perform analysis using your coding and scripting skills to support our research team's key initiatives.
Proactively identify data bottlenecks, inefficiencies and recurring requests, working collaboratively with Product and development to improve these processes with innovative solutions.
Communicate complex data analysis processes in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your profile
Must-haves:
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with Python, and tools like Jupyter Notebook
Strong eye for detail and excellent skills in managing priorities and timelines
A highly proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
A valid work permit in Austria
Bonus points for:
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with JVM languages (Scala, Java etc) or functional programming languages (Haskell, Elixir etc)
Hands on experience with AI tolls to solve complex problems and optimise daily operations
A passion for knowledge sharing and an ability to empower others by teaching basic data analysis techniques

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We recognise and reward talent. In line with Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary as per the collective agreement. You'll receive minimum EUR 44,450 gross yearly based on collective agreement, the actual compensation being tailored to your qualifications, experience, and the role
