Our team of 65 international experts is growing fast. To strengthen our presence, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS or manufacturing.
Your Role
As an Account Manager at Tset, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth across Europe and beyond. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from building new relationships and expanding existing ones, to turning opportunities into signed contracts.
Execute Tset’s sales strategy with precision and creativity, transforming prospects into long-term clients.
Lead the sales process end-to-end, from product demos to contract negotiations.
Partner with Business Development to identify and engage high-potential target accounts.
Nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, uncovering opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.
Collaborate with Product, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to ensure impactful, successful client outcomes.
You won’t just manage accounts—you’ll be a trusted advisor, a growth driver, and a key force in shaping Tset’s expansion journey.
What You Bring
University degree in business, technology, or a related field.
Several years of experience in technical B2B sales, SaaS, enterprise software, manufacturing, or management consulting.
Ideally, experience in one or more of the following areas: B2B SaaS, automotive industry, enterprise software projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and a solution-oriented approach.
Based in Austria or Germany.
Fluency in English and German; Italian, French or Spanish is a plus.
