Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and develop fulfillment team members
- Oversee order processing, packaging, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, and storage
- Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Coordinate with Project Management, Requisition Engineering, Global Supply Chain, external packager and customer teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Monitor KPIs related to fulfillment accuracy, speed, and cost
- Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of materials at packager location and at final installation site
- Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or inventory shortages
- Resolve issues related to transportation, inventory, or delivery delays
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Your Profile:
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering (mechanical/electrical from HTL), commercial education or supply chain management, logistics, business administration
- Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or supply chain management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Fluency in English
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
