We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Process & Project Manager to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing global supply chain performance. This role will focus on analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and driving harmonization, digitalization, and innovation across planning, logistics, and operational functions.

- Analyze and improve supply chain processes in collaboration with corporate and local teams
- Design and optimize planning, forecasting, and transport processes aligned with S&OP standards
- Resolve bottlenecks and strengthen partnerships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations and Logistic Service Providers
- Drive digitalization and automation (e.g., Microsoft D365, RPA, EDI)
- Lead global supply chain projects and integrate new products/markets
- Manage budgets and enhance KPI frameworks for performance tracking
- Support strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional workshops
Your Qualifications and Experience

- 5–10 years in supply chain, ideally in pharma/GMP; global project management; process optimization
- Strong in digital tools (D365, RPA), KPIs, budgeting, and logistics
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Advanced Excel, MS Project, analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making
- Proven team leadership, stakeholder management, collaboration across functions
- Fluent in English & German
- Willingness to travel internationally

- Gross annual salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 85.000.- based on full-time employment (38,5h/week). Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
