How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You will design and deliver change and communications initiatives for major global transformation initiatives
- You will work closely with transformation project teams across countries and functions, to understand and identify the key change activities needed in the business
- You will develop, review and agree global change strategies, working with stakeholders to appropriately tailor them for different local contexts
- You are an excellent communicator, able to deliver complex messages in a simple way, building buy-in with diverse stakeholders
- You are able to engage teams, uniting them behind a common purpose and aligning the efforts of our people into one direction
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a Manager Change & Communications you have 5+ years’ experience in change and / or transformation, and experience of working on fast-paced, dynamic projects
- You have proven success in developing and executing change strategies and initiatives
Evidence of understanding and successful application of change management and / or communication theory - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in English
- Being resilient and able to deal with ambiguity is one of your professional core competencies
- You have strong people skills
- You have a university degree

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 104.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
