In an ambitious growth phase, we are now looking for a Manager Fleet Sales to join the Polestar Austria team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to grow our presence with national and international key accounts, long-term rental and subscription companies, and international rent-a-car businesses.
This role requires someone who can manage and expand the corporate fleet business for Polestar in Austria, while also responding quickly and effectively to customer needs.

What you’ll do
Your responsibilities include:
Managing a team consisting of a Key Account Manager and a Fleet Specialist
Developing and negotiating fleet sales tenders
Taking a proactive role in large national and international key accounts and leasing companies
Tracking and setting up KPI reporting on corporate fleet sales performance (e.g., residual values, TCO management)
Growing business with key fleet stakeholders (leasing, rental, and subscription companies) in Austria
Managing the relationship with the Polestar Global Fleet team
You and your skills
To be successful in this role, you have/are:
At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B business, preferably within the automotive industry
Leadership experience
Strong project management skills
Extensive analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
Solid negotiation skills
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and German
Excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs

We offer a salary starting from €65,000 gross annually, with overpayment depending on qualifications and experience, plus a company car also available for private use.
