Your contribution will be
- Leading the implementation of animal welfare projects and campaigns by working with core teams to define deliverables, timelines, team roles and stakeholder involvement using established frameworks and adapting them to complexity
- Managing project budgets and resources ranging from monitoring smaller budgets to developing and controlling high value contracts to ensure efficient and cost effective delivery
- Proactively identifying and managing project risks, dependencies and issues by implementing mitigation strategies and facilitating clear and timely decision making
- Building and leading project teams by promoting collaboration and ensuring alignment across diverse functions and stakeholders
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships by maintaining clear and structured communication and shaping consensus on project and campaign initiatives
- Reporting on project progress, outcomes and performance by tracking milestones and producing clear insights for governance, leadership and strategic decision making
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Relevant project management experience ranging from two years in coordination roles to over eight years leading complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Relevant degree or certification, from foundational PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile credentials to advanced practitioner qualifications with ongoing professional development
- Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a strong asset for international collaboration
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and ownership mindset, progressing to strategic solution delivery with minimal escalation
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

- We are currently hiring for multiple roles at various levels, with starting salaries from 47,500 EUR, depending on experience (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
