- Establish structures and metrics for sustainable and effective innovation and portfolio management
- Analyze and improve the governance model for product and data lifecycle management
- Manage institutional knowledge and promote centralized knowledge repositories
- Develop a framework to monitor R&D project performance
- Increase productivity and efficiency in R&D through process optimization
- Ensure change management and communication between teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance or comparable qualification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D, Operations or interface functions within high-tech, manufacturing or innovation-driven industries; semiconductor knowledge preferred
- Proven expertise in project/process management, consulting and change management
- Strong understanding of semiconductor product development, manufacturing, portfolio management and methodologies like Stage-Gate, Agile and Design Thinking
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
- Advanced skills in SAP ERP, project/portfolio tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Python/R)
- Excellent collaboration, communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and driving transformation
