As part of a new, motivated team, you will secure the operation of our services based on SRE principles. With a broad knowledge of IT, you will act as an interface between development and operations. Together with our development and platform teams, you will improve the operational aspects of our software architectures. By establishing quality gates and automating manual processes, you will increase the reliability of our services.
Job Description
- Development and maintenance of cloud services for the future of e-commerce
- Design, optimize, and future-proof IT solutions for global usability
- Collaborate with the team to build scalable products for international markets
- Solving extensive DevOps tasks in a motivated developer and platform team
- Introduction and further development of modern SRE practices
Qualifications
- Professional experience as a Senior Java Developer
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot Framework
- Experience in pipeline configuration (GitLab)
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Knowledge of the cloud environment (preferably GCP) is an advantage
- Knowhow in the field of logging & monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Expertise in container virtualization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with database management (Postgres) is an advantage
- Self-responsibility, organizational, and coordination strength
