In your new job you will:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion , ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans , and risk management plans
- Lead cross-functional teams , including but not limited to Design, Test, Charactrization, Quality, Front End and Back End teams, etc. and drive very ambitious (short cycle) schedules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and timelines fit into dynamic business needs
- Analyze and resolve project-related issues , using advanced problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and customers using active listening and conflict management skills
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in project management , preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes , including GaN HEMT, IGBT, Diode and SiC technologies
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , with the ability to think outside the box
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, iProjEx, and Jama
- Strong understanding of quality and reliability standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience with lean procedures and process improvements
- Knowledge of document management, front-end testing processes, and data review
- Experience with conflict management and negotiation
