How Will You Make an Impact?:
You will play a crucial role in successfully implementing our high-impact pharmaceutical solutions, ensuring world-class standards in formulation and manufacturing processes.
A Day in the Life:
- Monitoring the manufacturing process using process control systems
- Operating production equipment and process control system control units to ensure flawless production.
- Check and review of infrastructure facilities
- Batching of raw materials
- Support product finalization and product filling
- Support in sample drawing
- Collaborate with a team of ambitious professionals to strictly adhere to cGMP guidelines.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience, ideally in a technical profession
Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to excellence
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness to become a qualified Chemical Process Technician (Apprenticeship)
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Work in a shift model (5-shift)
- Able to lift 25 kg and stand for extended periods
- Work in a clean room environment with strict safety protocols
What We Offer
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on Austrian Chemical Industry agreement. Base salary starts at €26,600 for 35.3 hrs/week.
