- Liaison: You will act as the interface between truck drivers and dispatch.
- Monitoring: You will be responsible for route control and performance monitoring of our truck drivers.
- Notification: You will create loading point notifications and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Organisation: You will coordinate, train and administer the telematics application and the associated workflows.
- Cross-border: You will work with colleagues from an international environment.
- Support: You will support our truck drivers and represent their interests within the company.
What you bring:
- Education: You have completed your education (e.g., commercial training, freight forwarding, or truck driver).
- IT skills: You have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Language skills: You have very good German and English skills. Knowledge of Bulgarian and any other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Experience: Career changers from the logistics sector are very welcome.
- Personal: You are quick on the uptake and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Attitude: You enjoy organizational tasks and impress with your communicative manner when dealing with various conversation partners.
We place great value on fair and market-oriented pay. The salary for this position is therefore above the minimum wage stipulated in the collective agreement and amounts to at least € 2,400 gross per month. Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
