Your mission
As our Business Development Representative at Prewave, you will…
- Handle high-volume prospecting for qualified leads.
- Develop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling and emailing.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.
- Schedule online product demonstrations for a qualified lead whilst ensuring you meet your quarterly goals.
- Understand the customer's requirements and needs using sales methodologies.
- Keep an overview of several projects at a time, monitor their progress and make sure deadlines are met.
Your profile
Must haves- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- 1+ years of experience in sales development in B2B environments.
- Very good at prospecting and cold-calling.
- Professional-level English skills, both written and spoken
- Outgoing personality and passion for success.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Living within a commutable distance of Vienna or willing to relocate.
- Valid work permit for Austria
Bonus points for
- Fluency in Dutch/Danish/Swedish, or prior experience working in a Nordic or Benelux country
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, supply chains and what we do.
What we offer you
Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We are offering an attractive compensation package that consists of a base salary and a performance-based bonus. The minimum OTE (on-target-earning), which is the projected salary (base + bonus), for this role is EUR 45.000 gross a year.
