Chef de Partie - Pastamara
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in your designated section, maintaining luxury standards in taste, presentation, and hygiene
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork and performance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation, adhering to food safety and HACCP standards
- Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and assist with stock control and ordering
- Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef on menu development, daily specials, and seasonal offerings
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
- reliable knowledge of English, knowledge of Italian desirable
