Drive long-term value for B2B clients by developing data-driven engagement strategies and tailored customer lifecycle initiatives

Lead the design and execution of our simplification program, focusing on legacy product and customer base optimization in line with strategic business goals

Analyze customer and product data to identify rationalization opportunities, and co-develop segmentation models to guide migration and simplification efforts

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, oversee communication and campaign execution, and ensure governance, KPI tracking, and risk management for all migration activities
- Are you familiar with fixed telco products and confident in using data to shape customer strategies and migration plans?
- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills?

Do you have hands-on experience managing complex platform migrations and driving cross-functional projects to success?
