The Marketing Team at Modul University Vienna is looking for:
Your responsibilities
- Operate and manage MU’s digital presence to drive student enrollment and stakeholder engagement across various digital channels
- Align all digital marketing activities with broader university campaigns across key channels, including the website, social media, online shop, Google Ads, and internal communications
- Plan and execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and improvements to ensure the university website is optimized for visibility, performance, and user experience
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics; create and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Oversee the management of digital design and creative assets for internal communications, events, and digital marketing initiatives (primarily in Figma, InDesign)
- Create and update MU marketing materials on demand
Your profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must
- Relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or familiarity with a university environment
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, project management and communications
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask
- Proactive, agile and engaged attitude
- Effective planning and time management skills
- IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office
- Valid work permit in Austria
