Location: in our brand new, bilingual early childhood education and care facility of the software company Dynatrace in Linz
We are looking forward to welcoming a motivated assistant who will work with us to create a place where children feel safe and can develop their potential.
Your tasks:
- Supporting and helping to shape everyday educational activities for children aged 6 months to 6 years
- Accompanying the children throughout the day and individually promoting their social, motor and linguistic development
- Active participation in the creation of a learning environment that promotes development
- Appreciative cooperation with parents, Dynatrace team & Familienbund colleagues
- Optional: Flexible cross-group deployment within the facility to support the team and ensure a continuous pedagogical process
Your profile:
- Completed training as a pedagogical assistant (professional experience is an advantage)
- Communicative personality who likes to contribute their own ideas and appreciates an international environment
- Enjoyment of researching together with children
- Excellent English skills and good knowledge of German (English is the corporate language at Dynatrace)
- Willingness to work flexibly in different groups and actively support the entire pedagogical team
- Reliability, empathy and joy in lovingly accompanying children in their development
We offer:
- More time for every child – thanks to an excellent childcare ratio.
Two pedagogical specialists and one assistant look after a maximum of 20 children in the kindergarten and 10 children in the nursery – for loving, individual support. - Modern premises on >1200m2 (e.g. Makerspace, laboratory, relax room) and a generously planted outdoor area on > 1600m2
- Climate ticket Austria for all public transportation throughout Austria
- Employment in a dynamic non-profit organization with a high degree of family friendliness
- Strengthening support from the specialist unit in complex everyday situations
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 2,350.70 gross per month for 38 hours per week and a salary supplement of € 169.40 gross per month for full-time employment, depending on professional experience and crediting of previous periods of service. In accordance with statutory regulations, you are also entitled to 10 additional vacation days per year for a 5-day week.
