Your territory
As our Firmware Team Lead, you will:
- Guide a skilled team of engineers building the core firmware that powers our GPS trackers
- Set clear priorities, manage resources effectively, and lead your team through change in a dynamic environment
- Collaborate closely with other team leads and departments to align on architecture, features, and timelines
- Take ownership of planning, delivery, and team development - with a focus on both immediate goals and long-term growth
- Stay hands-on with architecture and development - from low-level drivers to system integrations
- Define technical direction, uphold best practices, and review code to ensure high quality
- Continuously improve workflows and tooling for efficient, reliable development
- Keep performance and stability top of mind as we scale to millions of users

Your profile
Key requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in leading an interdisciplinary software development team in a role that combines technical and people leadership
- Several years of hands-on experience with embedded systems or firmware development (C/C++)
- Strong skills in debugging, hardware-near programming, and system-level design
- Solid understanding of firmware architecture and design patterns
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and coordination skills
- Very good English skills
