We’re looking for a hands-on CRM & Loyalty Specialist to design and execute campaigns and manage our loyalty program across multiple markets.You will optimize customer journeys, ensure flawless technical delivery, and turn data into actionable improvements. Your Mission
- You design, build, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and other CRM channels
- You manage the hands-on execution, testing, and monitoring of automated campaigns using our CRM tech stack
- You manage segmentation logic and audience targeting using behavioral and transactional data
- You maintain templates, personalization tokens, and modular content structures to ensure efficiency and brand consistency
- You oversee system integrations and data flows between platforms to ensure seamless operation
- You track and analyze key CRM and loyalty metrics, including Open Rate, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Retention Rate
- You support the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests, deriving actionable optimization recommendations
- You develop and maintain dashboards and reports to surface actionable insights for stakeholders
- You coordinate the implementation of new loyalty features and evaluate third-party integrations
- You align closely with global and regional teams to meet timelines, ensure quality assurance, and integrate feedback loops
- You actively contribute to the evolution of our CRM and loyalty practices by evaluating new tools, trends, and opportunities
Your skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, campaign management, or a similar role, preferably in an international environment
- You have proven expertise with modern CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (preferably SAP Emarsys, Shopify, CDP)
- You are proficient in audience segmentation, data integration, and performance analysis
- You possess a highly structured and detail-oriented mindset with a strong interest in process excellence and scalability
- You have experience with A/B testing methodologies and turning data into actionable insights
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams in English and German

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.300 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
