The Corporate Marketing & Communications department is a strategic function with the mission to strengthen brand preference and sustainably drive both global and regional revenue growth. As Head of Experiential Marketing (f/m/d), you play a key role in bringing the PALFINGER brand to life through innovative, experience-driven marketing initiatives, trade shows, and events across international markets. The focus lies in creating memorable brand experiences that foster emotional connections, enhance customer loyalty, and reinforce PALFINGER’s position as a global leader in mobility and lifting solutions. This role involves developing and implementing cross-functional, audience-centric experiences along the customer journey—ensuring the brand promise is consistently conveyed and translated into measurable business impact.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global experiential marketing strategy aligned with PALFINGER’s brand positioning and business goals, ensuring consistency across all markets and integrating relevant trends in experience marketing
- Create and execute impactful brand experiences such as international events, roadshows, interactive product showcases, and hybrid or virtual formats that emotionally connect audiences with the brand
- Collaborate closely with global and regional marketing teams and manage external partners and agencies to ensure seamless execution and high creative standards across all initiatives
- Drive innovation by piloting new technologies and formats, fostering a culture of experimentation, and continuously evaluating the quality and effectiveness of experiential activities
- Manage the experiential marketing budget, define relevant KPIs, and track performance to ensure strategic impact and measurable results across brand and business objectives
Your qualifications
- University degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field
- Several years of experience in experiential marketing, brand experience, or live communication, ideally in an international context, with a strong track record in leading global projects, cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
- Deep expertise in event and marketing management, including digital and hybrid formats, immersive technologies (e.g. AR/VR), and KPI-based performance analysis
- Creative mindset with strong communication and influencing skills, a structured and results-driven approach, and high intercultural competence
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.766,98 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
