Your territory
Reporting to the CTO, you will:
- Shape product security in a fast-growing scale-up, leading the development and implementation of Tractive’s security strategy
- Manage regular penetration tests for Tractive’s systems (apps, APIs, hardware/firmware) and collaborate with IT to secure our office infrastructure and devices
- Drive secure software development practices (SBOM, vulnerability scanning, security reviews) and protect our infrastructure from evolving threats
- Raise company-wide security awareness through phishing simulations and training programs
- Develop and maintain security policies, manage ethical hacker inquiries, and lead incident response efforts
- Collaborate on security risk management, business continuity, and monitor cybersecurity measures to stay ahead of risks

Your profile
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of IT security experience
- Proficient in IT security technologies, standards, and methods
- Knowledge of key security domains: Risk Management, Endpoint Security, Security Architecture, IAM, and more
- Certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, CISA, CISSP) are a plus
- Very good English skills
