To strengthen our motivated Innovation Team , we are looking for a passionate International Technical Account Manager (m/f/d) .
Your Role
- You will be the Technical Single Point of Contact for a defined Key Customer on international level
- You will manage all projects with a technical, developmental focus for this Key Customers
- You will be present in all customer plants and MMP plants for such Projects, also on the shop floors as a credible technician
- You take over the customer briefings and cooperate within the MM innovation network
- You enjoy trouble shooting on major complaints regarding technical issues
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed an academic education with technical focus
- You already gained experience in leading successful international and technical projects
- You have a structured, transparent and independent way of working
- You have a considerable and credible technical background in Packaging (mainly around folding boxes)
- As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken English (C-Level), German is an advantage
- Your willingness to travel within Europe is up to 50%
