Deal Execution & Customer Service Management as a part of the Corporate Banking Sales Organization is
responsible for managing and executing complex loan transactions, taking care of the full loan lifecycle as well
as managing daily banking business of Large Corporate Clients.

Your Tasks

• Manage Information Undertaking Process for predominantly syndicated loan transactions in alignment with internal stakeholders (Front Office, Credit Monitoring) by dealing with internal reporting systems
• Request relevant documents from clients or web-based document handling platforms
• Analyze the current process together with internal stakeholders with regard to efficiency and propose improvement measures
• Participate in the execution of new loan transactions

Your Background

• Ongoing University studies in Business Administration or Law (min. 4 semesters, no Bachelor required)
• Interest in corporate banking business with a certain affinity to legal topics
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in German and English (in writing and speaking)
