Junior Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social

Your territory

As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:

• Take ownership of paid social campaigns across selected markets - from planning and execution to reporting and optimization
• Collaborate with our internal design team and external creators to produce platform-optimized, engaging ad creatives
• Support and develop A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance
• Monitor key metrics and improve campaigns based on data-driven insights
• Stay up-to-date with trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social advertising
• Learn from experienced teammates, take initiative, and grow into more responsibility as you develop
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (especially Meta platforms – Facebook & Instagram)
• Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and performance KPIs
• First experience in analyzing data and optimizing campaigns based on insights
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Meta Ads Manager
• A creative eye and interest in working with visual ad content
• A proactive, curious mindset with a strong desire to grow in the field
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Valid Austrian work permit
