- Responsible for BMS Sensor product portfolio incl. product roadmap
- Collect, benchmark, and analyze new applications and product requirements for our Battery Management Sensor Solutions
- Define new sensor products, e.g. BMS-related sensors products
- Create in alignment with product marketing a Go-to-market strategy for new products
- Manage portfolio during complete product lifecycle, incl. initiation of new product development, product changes and discontinuations
- Optimize margins, including aligning price ranges with marketing and sales teams as well as initiating cost down activities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field of study
- > 3 years relevant professional experience in product management or product marketing or similar functions
- Strong experience in Battery management systems
- Good social and intercultural competencies
- Experience in automotive market beneficial
- Capability to lead controversial discussions with stakeholders and customers
- Hands-on mentality
- Ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic environment
- Professional working proficiency in English and German
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
