As a Project Manager (m/f/d) Services, you will lead strategic service improvement and Continuous Improvement (=CI) projects that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from defining objectives and building cross-functional teams to delivering measurable results on time and within budget. By leveraging best-in-class project management methodologies and continuous improvement tools, you will identify and implement innovative solutions, foster collaboration across departments, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in the Services Project Management Office, offering project support, sharing best practices, and mentoring colleagues to elevate project management capabilities throughout the organization.

Your Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
- Lead multiple, large-scale service improvement and CI projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, including Services, Global Sales, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Digital/IT
- Evaluate the right set of KPIs to sustain the generated improvements from the projects
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure all projects comply with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations
Continuous Improvement & Change Management
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational excellence
- Facilitate workshops, kaizen events, and structured problem-solving sessions to drive engagement and results
- Drive change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working
Services Project Management Office (PMO) & Best Practice sharing
- Act as a member of the PMO by mentoring colleagues, offering strategic and tactical project support, sharing project management best practices, and helping to standardize methodologies across the Services organization
- Act as a subject matter expert for CI tools, methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in project management & PMO, preferably in industrial service environments or consulting experience
- Profound knowledge of Process Improvement & Project Management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, Agile/Scrum, etc.) and change management practices
- Demonstratable ability to deliver results on-time, on target and within budget
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within a matrix organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels
- Business fluent in German & English (verbally and written)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
