THE POSITION
For our Trial Coordination Management Team (TCM) in our Clinical Development & Operations Department we are seeking for a Regional Clinical Trial Coordinator, who is responsible for coordinating, supporting, and liaising with regional and global stakeholders to make sure the trials are successfully conducted in our region.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinate with Clinical Trial Managers and other regional trial members (e.g.: CRAs) in clinical trial activities, support various trial related tasks while being allocated to multiple projects at once
- Support as an expert in document management and related processes in clinical trials of the region
- Maintain electronic clinical trial management systems and keeping data bases updated and deal with multiple systems to obtain information on the trial status
- Ensure optimal communication with all internal & external partners regarding administrative tasks of the team
- Support the regional trial team to identify issues, develop solutions and implement them
Requirements
- Min. high school diploma and preferably at least one year’ experience working with clinical trial as project assistant or similar, preferably in a CRO
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trials documentation lifecycle and Good Documentation Practice is an asset
- Highly developed administrative and organizational skills as well as ability to work independently and to manage multiple assignments
- Fluency in English in combination with strong verbal and written communication and social skills in an international team
- Strong MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.)

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is € € 47.532,24 per year (full-time) according to the classification in the collective bargaining agreement for the chemical industry. Depending on professional experience and qualifications, we offer an overpayment.
