Your responsibilities at waterdrop:
- Acting as the first point of contact for our store teams and supporting with general inquiries.
- Coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes in a structured and welcoming way.
- Supporting the Global Retail Director in alignment with Global HR with team initiatives such as target setting, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
- Preparing and organizing training materials and schedules, and helping track learning progress.
- Assisting with retail operations topics like stock coordination, documentation, and the rollout of new tools and processes.
- Ensuring adherence to retail standards across locations (e.g., visual merchandising, safety, cleanliness).
- Aid in the collection and organization of retail performance data (e.g., sales
figures, customer feedback) to identify trends and areas requiring additional
support or training for teams. - Collaborating closely with departments like HR, Marketing & Supply Chain to align communication and processes globally.
Your strengths and qualifications:
- Possession of relevant experience (1-3 years) within a retail environment, ideally demonstrating a foundational understanding of store operations.
- A genuine interest in people development and the cultivation of a positive workplace culture.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a supportive and constructive demeanor.
- A proactive mindset, characterized by an eagerness to learn and undertake new challenges.
- Proficiency in software - Google suite as well as company systems (training given).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement and German would be preferable.
- Ability to undertake occasional travel to retail locations within Europe.
- A commitment to sustainability principles and alignment with waterdrop's mission to promote healthier and more environmentally conscious hydration.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 38,000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
