Your Responsibilities
Are you a Revenue Operations expert who loves to build and automate? We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who is passionate about building scalable solutions, embedding AI into GTM workflows, and reducing manual work across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. In this role, you’ll own key revenue processes, ensuring seamless data management, pipeline visibility, and tech stack efficiency. What Makes You Special
- 3+ Years’ Experience. You’ve worked in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations or similar roles supporting go-to-market teams in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
- Embedded Partner. You work hand-in-hand with GTM teams to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions that make their work easier and more impactful.
- Deep GTM Understanding. You know how high-performing GTM teams operate and can spot friction across the funnel. You’ve automated lead routing, scoring, handoffs, onboarding, renewals, support workflows, and other processes that drive revenue and retention.
- Systems Ownership. You’ve administered CRM and GTM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Gong, Zendesk, Dealfront), owning integrations, maintaining clean data, and building scalable workflows that keep teams running smoothly.
- Automation Expertise. You’ve worked with tools like HubSpot Workflows, Clay, Zapier, Make, and workflows.io. You’re comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and no-code platforms to orchestrate end-to-end processes.
- Quote-to-Cash Optimization. You’ve supported quoting and billing workflows, integrated systems like Chargebee or CPQ tools, and automated approvals, provisioning, and renewals.
- Impact-Driven. You measure your success by the outcomes: more qualified leads, faster response times, higher conversion rates, smoother handoffs, and more time for GTM teams to focus on what matters.
- AI-Powered Solutions. You’ve used platforms like OpenAI, n8n, Claude, and Perplexity to build AI-powered solutions that support GTM goals. You stay ahead of the curve on GTM tech and automation — constantly looking for smarter, faster, and more scalable ways to support growth.
