We are looking for a Scrum Master (f/m/x) with a strong affinity for change processes. Support our IT organization in evolving from traditional project approaches to a modern, agile way of working.
Job Description
- Coaching and supporting IT projects in interdisciplinary teams
- Promoting an agile mindset, methodological competence, and self-organization
- Supporting the introduction and continuous development of agile processes and tools
- Facilitating meetings, workshops, and retrospectives
- Working closely with project managers and leadership to effectively bridge agile and traditional approaches
Qualifications
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Project Management or a comparable qualification, along with several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong affinity for agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience in guiding teams through transformation processes
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with excellent communication skills
- Ability to bridge classical project management and agile practices
- Fluent English skills, German proficiency is beneficial

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
