stand for the best customer experience
as part of our handpicked team of experts, you will
take part in the onboarding of new flexibility assets, especially battery storage systems,
support customers together with our partners for ancillary services to integrate, prequalify, and on-board flexible assets, like battery storage for cross-market optimization,
optimize and automate processes,
understand the requirements of each grid operator in terms of nomination format and deadlines,
make sure power is flowing the right way, and all after-trade processes are working,
lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets,
coordinate with other internal communities (asset optimization, IT, finance) to create the best customer experience,
and discover and eliminate operational risk.
how you fit into the team
you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and
have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power markets,
value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
preferably bring some coding experience,
have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences or similar,
have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset,
are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems,
are fluent in English, if you speak German and other languages that’s a plus,
have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality, and
you are a curious person with a good sense of humor.
