Your mission:
- Visitor registration
- Managing the telephone exchange, including handling calls and messages
- Administration of access cards for visitors and external personnel
- Provision of safety instructions to visitors
- Registration and administration of internal events
- Handling of incoming and outgoing post and packages
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled student in higher education
- Proficient in spoken and written German and English
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent professional communication abilities
- Careful, accurate, and service-oriented
- Reliable with a solution-focused, hands-on approach
- Team player with a confident and open demeanor
Our offer:
- Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- Duration: 2 months (July-August)
- Working time: 07:30 – 16:30 (Mo-Thu); 07:30 – 14:00 (Fr)
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week
- We offer a compensation package starting at € 1.880 gross/month on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
