Job Description
- Collaboration on legal issues within Wealth Planning Austria (succession planning, asset structuring, etc.)
- Assuming responsibility for organizational and administrative tasks to relieve the team (research, presentations, correspondence, publications)
- Development of wealth strategies and examination of possible structures for the realization of individual goals of our clients
- Providing information to our clients regarding long-term strategic wealth planning issues (estate planning and wealth structuring/foundations, basic tax information, relocation planning)
- Contact person for wealth planning issues and accompaniment of relationship managers to client meetings
- Support and sparring partner to our Head of Wealth Planning Manager
- Joint presentation of corresponding concepts with the responsible relationship managers in client meetings
- Independent and proactive handling of day-to-day business including preparation and follow-up of client meetings with the Relationship Managers
- Proactive and efficient support in the acquisition and expansion of long-term client relationships in the upscale private banking segment
- Interface function to internal expert teams
- Involvement and cooperation in various strategic banking projects
Requirements
Higher education in law, financial administration, banking or business administration; preferably a degree in law studies
Experience in the areas of inheritance law, foundations (holistic wealth planning in the environment of complex, international asset and family relationships of HNWIs / UHNWIs)
Ideally, successfully completed advanced training in financial or wealth succession planning (e.g. Certified Financial Planner)
Knowledge of financial products, taxes/law
Experience to deal with sophisticated clients, strong customer orientation and basic entrepreneurial mindset
Empathic personality with good manners and excellent communication skills who is used to work discreetly
Solution orientation and a precise, structured way of working with a focus on goals and customer orientation
You are a flexible and stress-resistant team player (m/f/d) with a can-do mentality who never loses sight of service orientation
Excellent business language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
In addition to an extremely interesting field of activity and our social benefits, we offer you a minimum salary for the position starting at € 60.000,- per annum with the readiness for a significant overpayment depending on qualifications.
